🚚 Delivery & Setup Process
Our team will arrive at your event location at the scheduled time to begin setting up the 360 Photo Booth. Please note:
*Your booking time begins upon our arrival, including setup time.
**We require access to the event space and provide spot to set up and where to get power immediately upon arrival to ensure timely setup.
***Setup typically takes 30–45 minutes, depending on the venue.
⏰ Extra Time Policy
If your event use of the 360 Booth take longer than the booked duration, additional time can be added at R800 per hour.
Extra time is subject to availability and must be approved by the on-site team.
We recommend booking a buffer upfront if you expect the event to run longer.
